Physical matter can be in five different vibrational states depending on how
tightly the electron orbits the atomic nucleus. Our planet is facing a
transformation to the next level or substance. Earth advances in its
development and enters the Age of Aquarius.
The oscillation of matter
As most people know, electrons move in elliptical orbits around the atomic
nucleus. The circular paths described in some basic textbooks are, of
course, simplified images. The speed of the electron is fastest when it is
close to the atomic nucleus but the speed decreases as it moves outwards
again. At the turning point closest to the nucleus, there is a slight shift
in the electron's direction, elliptical rosette orbits arise and the
electron thereby forms a "shell" around the atomic nucleus.
The speed of the electron is directly proportional to its elliptical orbit.
With a greater speed, the electron can choose a path that is closer to the
atomic nucleus. Nature has already determined the number of possible paths
in which an electron can move around the nucleus; four orbits in the
physical universe and one more orbit in a spiritual dimension. I choose to
call these basic vibrational states of matter substances, four physical and
one non-physical substance.
The transformation
|
It should be emphasized here
that the substances and orbits have nothing to do with the
periodic table. The picture on the right shows the four possible
paths that a physical electron can move in around a proton, a
hydrogen nucleus. The outermost path shows the vibrational state
of matter that our earth is experiencing right now. The second
path, seen from the outside, shows the substance the globe is in
after the transformation. |

Although the electrons move
in tighter orbits around the atomic nucleus, then the electric
charge will still be unchanged. The meaning of this is that
charged atoms, ions, maintain the distances to each other in an
atomic lattice such as sodium chloride. Matter becomes more
diluted after the transformation, more subtle. Another effect
that occurs is that matter is assigned new and enhanced
properties. |
 |
|
It is not possible to
visually distinguish one substance from another. Individual
atoms, materials or essences that are of a "thinner" substance
can therefore occur on our earth. Beings in higher vibrational
states have increased opportunities to influence matter, their
body and their ability to communicate. The globe has advanced as
a single entity and is about to change its vibration and thus
its conditions.

Development phases
Which of the five substances a being consists of has to do with the phase of
development. The development phase is one of the so-called transformation
cycles that form the template for all of creation. Within a particular life
form, each being develops in seven stages, from a primitive phase to a
perfected phase. The first three phases are connected and form the first
substance. Then follow the three more spiritually conditioned substances and
finally the heavenly substance.
The globe is somewhere at the end of its third phase of development (the
aggressive one) but is expected relatively soon to undergo a transformation
and enter the fourth phase. This civilized period is believed to be
synonymous with the Age of Aquarius, a time of peace, prosperity and
perfected culture. Exactly when this happens is difficult to know, it may
even be a protracted process that has already begun. We already know the
basic substance, let's look at the others:
The cultural substance (Dev. phase 4)
These beings have the ability to change their bodily form at will. There is
always a fundamental form that is the being's own, but if necessary other
forms can be generated. The being can also transform the matter it has in
its surroundings at the command of the will, this happens only with the help
of thought power. When it comes to communication, these beings master
telepathy with the help of images. They can thus send and receive images of
what they wish to convey.
An interesting thing here is that many people (including myself) testify
that the animals speak precisely with pictures. We must therefore conclude
that most animals have reached further in terms of development within their
life form than we have within our own. Yet they remain alive on earth in the
basic substance. The explanation probably lies in a transformation cycle
that describes the personality. Most animals have not yet developed past the
first three stages of personality.
The Intellectual Substance (Dev. Phase 5)
At this vibrational level, beings can voluntarily dissolve their physical
body and teleport to a desired location (probably only within the confines
of the home planet) whereupon the body is regenerated. Existing matter
(objects) can be dissolved at will and likewise teleported to another place.
Communication takes place using telepathic words.
The Loving Substance (Dev. Phase 6)
The essence of this substance has the ability to levitate their physical
bodies, man's dream of being able to fly now becomes a reality. In the same
way matter and objects can be made to levitate whereby one can move things
around at will, the power of thought does the work. Telepathy occurs through
the sending of "thought packets", the transmitter delivers spontaneous,
instantaneous messages. At the same moment the message has arrived the whole
meaning is clear to the receiving party.
The Perfected Substance (Dev. Phase 7)
The beings that reside in this substance have left the physical (and also
the spiritual) world behind. Life now continues in a dimension that can best
be described as the 'Self world.' Each individual is a master of his world
and of matter, which must immediately obey the commander's slightest
gesture. The being lives a bodiless existence but can create a body if
necessary. Even matter is redundant unless the being chooses to evoke it. No
communication is necessary because all sentient beings sense the other's
desires before they are even spoken.

The individual's abilities within each phase also include abilities in
underlying developmental phases.
